Returns

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food or flowers).
  • Personal care items (e.g., makeup, skincare).
  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Baby products that have been used, washed, or removed from their packaging for hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue and proof of purchase.
  • Photos of the product if applicable.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back. Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe:

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
